Description
The joint culture panel is for the detection of bacterial infections associated with septic joints and includes aerobic culture, anaerobic culture and a Gram stain.
This panel does not include antimicrobial susceptibility testing which is an additional charge per susceptibility.

- Obligate anaerobic bacterial transport system (swabs are not recommended due to the low sample size received)
