Description
Screening test to detect Listeria spp. by molecular detection using a Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay. A presumptive positive result is confirmed by standard reference methods.
Specimens Required
This protocol is validated for the detection of Listeria spp. in environmental samples, stainless steel, plastic, ceramic, sealed concrete, liver pate, hotdogs, raw fermented sausage, sliced deli turkey, and sliced deli ham validated by AOAC-Official Method 2016-07 and AFNOR certification 3M 01/14-05-16.
