Description
The Fecal Flotation Test is for identifying internal gastrointestinal parasites. WADDL generally performs the Modified Wisconsin floatation method for all companion animals and camelids. The McMasters method is performed on ruminants and horses if adequate specimen is received (3-5 grams). Both methods allow WADDL to report quantitative parasite counts per gram.
WADDL Pullman strives to deliver same-day results for fecal flotation submissions received by 2:00 PM, depending on test volume submitted.
