Description
Unstained positively charged/adhesive slides are acceptable specimens. Minimum of 3 slides per test requested.
The test identifies CD3, a polypeptide of T-lymphocytes in tissue sections using a monoclonal antibody. Results of the test are used in conjunction with histpathology to more definitively diagnose lymphosarcomas and leukemias of T-lymphocyte origin.
